By downloading, accessing, or using the Feedback Reporting Mechanism (FRM )App (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

The Feedback Reporting Mechanism (FRM) App is designed for use by authorized staff members of the organization. To ensure a secure and effective experience, access is limited to employees, contractors, or affiliates who have been granted permission by Program Development and Quality of Save The Children.

Use of the App

• You may use the App for organizational purposes only.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Post or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or infringing on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Content Ownership

• All content provided through the App, including text, graphics, videos, and interactive materials, are owned by, or licensed to Program Development and Quality (PDQ) Department of Save The Children.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without prior written consent from Program Development and Quality (PDQ) Department of Save The Children.

The Feedback Reporting Mechanism (FRM) App ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. Your use of the App is also governed by this Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information. • The App is provided "as-is" and "as available." Program Development and Quality (PDQ) Department of Save The Children makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Program Development and Quality (PDQ) Department of Save The Children is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or data loss that may occur while using the App.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Program Development and Quality (PDQ) Department of Save The Children be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

Modifications to Terms

Program Development and Quality (PDQ) Department of Save The Children reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the App after changes are made implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
